Small Weddings - Ida Cason Callaway Memorial Chapel

I have to say that my favorite weddings are small and intimate affairs (50-75 guests). I've even heard of a wedding for two (bride and groom). My wedding consisted of 50 guests because that was the max number for the Ida Cason wedding chapel at Callaway Gardens, but it also allowed us to invite our closest friends and family to be a part of this special day. We were able to save money and pay cash for our wedding. There was even money leftover for our honeymoon. Yes, I've seen couples who didn't have any money left to go on a honeymoon after the wedding. So think twice about that guest list, cutting the list is the easiest way to save money - bigger is not always better.

This dress is a STUNNER! And, yes I would wear this custom ivory gown down the aisle or even around the house! Courtney bought this custom gown from her aunt's bridal salon - check out that corset top and layered, ruffled trumpet bottom - swoon.  This dress is timeless, classy and  probably one of the prettiest wedding gowns that I've seen in awhile.
