Cover Girls

Check out the cover girls on some of my favorite magazines. I don't think that would have been the dress that I would have picked out for Ciara, but she looks great needless to say on Brides' cover. Angelina Jolie's black/white Elle magazine cover shows simplicity and sophistication - there is some about a black/white picture that is timeless. Round out saving the best for last - First Lady Michelle rocks the cover of Essence magazine - pretty in a powder blue dress.

Tom Ford Beauty Products

Yes, I'm a sucker for cosmetics...and one of my favorites is Tom Ford. The color combo that are made for woman of color are marvelous! The quality of the products is beyond belief. Okay, so what are my favorites....anything coral or pink for the summer months. Check out the products at your local store of on-line and you won't be disappointed.

The Perfect Black Dress

Continuing my quest for the perfect black dress when I stumbled upon these beauties - smoking! Yes, I could strut my stuff around my living room in one of these hot numbers - lol! Whoa! My heart just skipped a beat!

This woman, this woman - Lupita is drop dead gorgeous. I use Lancome Paris and it is great to see a woman of color featured in a flawless ad. A style icon, beauty and brains who has been on a roll since her break out move roll.

The Neon Museum

I have seen tons of pixs of the Las Vegas - The Neon Museum and thought it was such a cool place to host a wedding, event or photo shoot. I always head to the museums when I travel. They are a great source for inspiration and relaxation. I plan to visit the Neon Museum the next time I'm in Vegas - check out more information on their website. Going through emails and watching tv and what do I see - Master Chef contestants cooking for a beach wedding with 120 guests. It always amazes me how people work in teams - it never seems to work out without drama. Check out the link to watch the show unfold.

Danielle & Aaron - Real Wedding

This two models "Barbie and Ken" were married last weekend at the Biltmore in a beautiful, intimate wedding ceremony. There were lots of tears and a few laughs as the vows were read. And, the groom was accepted into Morehouse Medical school on their wedding day - it doesn't get much better.  I'm waiting on more pixs from Taun Henderson but if these sneek pixs are an indication of what's to come - I can't wait to see more...
