Anne Barge Bridal Fashion Show
What a night! Anne Barge Bridal rolled out the red carpet with celebrity industries friends cake diva, Sylvia Wienstock and editorial director at Martha Stewart Weddings, Darcy Miller at Atlanta's newest venue Flourish by Legendary Events. There were tasty appetizers, beautiful models (male and female) and fabulous runway fashion. Trends for 2016 - simple lines, ruffles, lace and high-low hemlines. And, then there were those red Cartier swag bags.

Hello Gorgeous - The Makeup Date at Bloomingsdale's
Such great event - Hello Gorgeous at Bloomingsdale today! I had to get up extra early on a Saturday, no wedding but I dragged myself out of bed for this private event. I wasn't disappointed. Bloomingsdale's provided a light breakfast, coffee and juice while the DJ rocked house music. They started out with a mini fashion show, but what I didn't know was Bloomingsdale's provided clothing for most of the tv shows and movies being filmed in Atlanta. Next, door prizes and plenty of makeup demos. Once the show was over - it was time to pick up swag and be pampered (hair styling, makeup and more). Fun times!!!!

Pinktastic Birthday - Talking with Tami
My fellow Gemini and dear friend Tami celebrated her Pinktastic birthday at Goldfish restaurant this past weekend. I had so much fun spending time with Talking with Tami and some of her blogger friends. We enjoyed great conversation with fab food and birthday cake by Cami Cakes! I left the event feeling inspired and refreshed by such a group of positive minds. Happy Pinktastic Birthday Tami! Head over to her website to check out all of her birthday weekend parties.

A Day in the Life - Mandarin Oriental Hotel
As a planner, we always see to it that our brides are pampered. So it was finally my turn to be pampered by the Mandarin Oriental Atlanta hotel. The event "A Day in the Life" gave me a snippet of the bride's day. A lot of my brides stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Atlanta the night prior to the wedding because of the amazing amenities such as a full service bar, five star cuisine and award winning first class service. There is no better way to get ready for the big day!
Last weekend, I checked into the hotel - can you say upgraded room? And, a tray full of macaroons with a sweet note greeted me upon arrival. That bed was heavenly. I slept like a baby - oh my!
Day one, the first stop was the spa for a massage, steam room and whirlpool treatments. Later I had feasted on yummy cocktails and appetizers at the Taipan Lounge that featured live entertainment. Day two included a tour of the hotel and private residences followed by lunch and a cake tasting. Life is good! Thank you Mandarin Oriental Hotel Atlanta. Contact Catering Sales Manager Mica Louis for more information for your next stay, event, meeting or wedding.
