What a night! Anne Barge Bridal rolled out the red carpet with celebrity industries friends cake diva, Sylvia Wienstock and editorial director at Martha Stewart Weddings, Darcy Miller at Atlanta's newest venue Flourish by Legendary Events. There were tasty appetizers, beautiful models (male and female) and fabulous runway fashion. Trends for 2016 - simple lines, ruffles, lace and high-low hemlines. And, then there were those red Cartier swag bags.

Birthday Bash

In between planning weddings, I also plan, design birthday parties, baby showers and more. It does allow me creative control while slowing the pace. The husband called me to plan this party and all he knew was his wife loved red bottoms shows - lol! So of course, I had to incorporate that into the design. I decided to call the birthday girl's best friend who gave me more insight to her likes and dislikes. So, take a look at the finish work.

Wedding Cake - Concept to Reality

It is always fun to see cakes go from concept to a final product. Cakes by Lameeka did such at great job at my wedding last weekend. Not only did this cake look good, the taste and flavors were amazing. My bride did a happy dance when she saw the cake.
