Brandi & Brian - Real Wedding

I'm so far behind in posting pictures from past weddings, but I did want to share pixs of one of my favorite couple and now family members - Brandi & Brian. They are the best! Check out their pixs on Munaluchi and Ebony - yep, their superstars! Photos by Sophia Barrett Photography.

New Venue Alert - Villa Christina Hyatt

I'm always excited when a new wedding venue opens in Atlanta. I have out of state clients who booked the Hyatt at Villa Christina last year after they broke ground. My couple hasn't seen the venue yet so I stopped by last weekend for a tour before opening day tomorrow. The official party will be in a couple of weeks. I email my couples who were overjoyed with the pictures. Here are few for you to enjoy too!

Ringling Brothers Museum

After spending a few weeks in Sarasota, Florida I had to make time to visit the The Ringling Museum. I've seen so many beautiful wedding pictures at this majestic home. The home took two years to build. And, behold I stumbled upon a wedding setup - oh happy day! If you are ever in the area or want to plan a destination wedding, look no further. For more information, check out the website.

High Roller Wedding

Looking for a unique, thrilling wedding location? Well, well, well - look no further than "High Roller" attraction billed as the world's tallest observation wheel in Las Vegas. Wow, this even scares me lol! But, if anyone is interested in getting hitched on the "High Roller" call me!

Small Weddings - Ida Cason Callaway Memorial Chapel

I have to say that my favorite weddings are small and intimate affairs (50-75 guests). I've even heard of a wedding for two (bride and groom). My wedding consisted of 50 guests because that was the max number for the Ida Cason wedding chapel at Callaway Gardens, but it also allowed us to invite our closest friends and family to be a part of this special day. We were able to save money and pay cash for our wedding. There was even money leftover for our honeymoon. Yes, I've seen couples who didn't have any money left to go on a honeymoon after the wedding. So think twice about that guest list, cutting the list is the easiest way to save money - bigger is not always better.
