Happy New Year!! 2016 Here we Come...

Wow, I can't believe the year went by so fast - so long 2015....here we come 2016!

There were so many GREAT Weddings & Events in 2015 and vast experiences that opened my eyes to the world around me. I posted some of my goals for 2016, some not ALL and look forward to the journal that awaits.

Facebook Post:
"I'm saying goodbye to 2015 as I “reset” for 2016! I will be putting more focus on my personal development (yep, I took two years of Spanish at Spelman College and I’m returning to Emory in January 2016 to start my studies in Spanish - the goal - to become fluent. I am taking my biz to the next level as I pursue more destination weddings (preparing a contract today for a 2017 destination wedding - woohoo!) and feeling thankful for all of my clients (past and future) who have trusted me to plan their special day. Yes, there will be more family time with my biggest supporters. See ya in 2016! Happy New Year! pix Jessica Hatter Photography #wedgail#destinationweddings #dreambig #skyisthelimit"

In my second life I always dreamt of being an interior designer. I have always had a love for every unique design element and décor. Well, well, well what a surprise when I opened my email box and saw an email from the editor of Design SpongeDesign*Sponge one of my favorite blogs – a daily read! They wanted to feature ME! I'm a COVERGIRL - Outlast Longwear

I replaced my current beauty products with COVERGIRL's Outlast Stay Luminous Foundation (860) and COVERGIRL Outlast Longwear Lipstick (950). Yes, this coverage lasted the whole day and I didn't even need a touch up. As for the lipstick, the color was perfect for the holidays. Can't wait to wear this combo on Christmas day! Check out the full line of products - outlast does last ALL day! #wedgail #OutlastTheOccasion #CGBridesSweepsEntry #BridesInfluencers #Covergirl. SPONSORED POST

A Charming Love Story at Omni Amelia Island - Day 3

I was among a handful of wedding planners and event insiders invited to spend time at the Omni Hotel Amelia Island Resort. All things must come to an end - so this is my last post on A Charming Love Story at Omni Amelia Island. We had the most delightful brunch overlooking the Ocean Links #6 golf course and beach. The Chef prepared a meal for a groom's rehearsal complete with mini purple potatoes and golf theme inspired table by PRI. After brunch, we headed to the Presidential Suite to hang out before our shuttle took us to the airport. Thank you so much staff at Omni for working so hard to put together a beautiful event (Carol, Emily, Whitney, Mary, Chef and the staff of the Omni)

A Charming Love Story at Omni Amelia Island - Day 2 Evening

This afternoon at the Omni Amelia island Plantation revolved around pool time, beach time and the spa before the evening reception. I had the best facial at the spa, it was an hour spent with much needed pampering. I could have stayed at the spa all day...the staff was so attentive and friendly. Later the staff turned up the fun - party central on the beach....I had so much fun at the interactive food stations. The DJ was so good and even joined us on the dance floor to bust a move! Talking about the perfect Day - this was it!

A Charming Love Story at Omni Amelia Island - Day 2 Morning

Day 2 started with breakfast under the Oak trees overseeing the tennis court at the Racket Park. I started with glam shot in the hotel lobby - thanks Tami! I'm wearing my favorite Yellow Sun Dress from Anthro. Chef created so many speciality dishes that I'm still drooling. The tablescapes under the oak trees by PRI were truly breathtaking. Yep, I will coming back to Omni Amelia Island with my clients and family.
