River Landing North Carolina - Wedding & Event Venue

River Landing was a beautiful event venue in North Carolina and I hope to return soon and planned a fabulous wedding or event. There were so many beautiful areas at River Landing to host a wedding or event along with plenty of on property sleeping rooms (cottages, suites) and a nearby hotel.

I was asked to be the keynote speaker at the Association of Bridal Consultants North Carolina state meeting. The weekend that I spent in North Carolina was a whirlwind filled with fellowship, new friendships and more. My topic was "The Competitive Edge" and I shared everything I knew about standing out in a crowd.

Tracy Morgan is a married Man!

Tracy Morgan and Megan Wollover made it official - they are man and wife. Tracy has been through a lot after his terrific accident. I'm so glad to see that he is still recovering and he has someone who has definitely been by his side during the good and the bad. Congrats to the couple.

Nicky Hilton in Valentino Wedding Gown

There isn't anything about that Valentino dress that I don't love. Nicky Hilton was picture perfect on her wedding day. I have to say, she surprised me with the sleeves and high top collar. Not only was it regal, elegant and timeless - her look was effortless. And, who doesn't love Valentino - swoon!

Ermanno Scervino's Pre-Fall 2015 Collection

Well, I'm not sure who Ermanno Scervino is, but this dress from the Pre-Fall 2015 collection is making me weak at the knees - whoa! Jada looks amazing! The color of this dress as well as the high/low hemline is stunning. Also, love the fabric and multiple layers - it is definitely a winner. I will be doing more research on this Italian designer because Jada should definitely wear more pieces from this collection.

Sally Hansen - Wedding Polish

I had a hard time choosing my favorite from this Sally Hansen collection. Before I could try the pink Arm Candy, one of my brides grab the bottle and said this is what I've been looking for to wear on my wedding day - lol! So, that bottle disappeared before the eyes. My fashionista bride is wearing a blush color gown and pastel colors such as Arm Candy, Gilt Party (my favorite - its hard not to love glitter) and Sweet Talker where perfect for her summer wedding.
