Cat Eyeliner - For Your Eyes Only!
The eyes have it! I'm so obsessed with black eyeliner. Songstress Adele is the queen of the sexy, elongated cat eyes and can do no wrong in my opinion. Cat eyeliner is making a BIG comeback for the fashionista who isn't afraid to strut her stuff on the red carpet, runway or even the wedding aisle. The line is barely visible near the inner corners but gradually increased as the line reaches the outer corners. Ladies, sharpen your pencils!
